This Week
This week should consist of the mixture of mostly sunny to cloudy weather. Tuesday’s temperatures will be highs in the mid-60s before our next cold front moves through Tuesday evening. That will bring our highs in the mid to upper 50s before warming up the weekend. Overall we are expecting to receive some showers on Tuesday and again toward the end of the week. Overall the lower Brazos River Watershed, including Fort Bend County, could see less than 1 inch of rain over the next 5 to 7 days.

Floods are the most common and most destructive natural disaster in the United States. We never know when the next flood will occur so plan ahead and start your preparations now. For more information, please visit NWS Flood Safety, Ready.gov, and FloodSmart.gov.
