The Brazos River in Richmond is currently at Gage Elevation 22.69 feet (Action Stage) and is anticipated to stay above Gage Elevation 20 through Sunday, February 10th.

Over the weekend we saw the Brazos River make a minor jump, but overall the Richmond Gage continues to remain on a slight downward trend. Based on the current weather forecast, this trend should continue, but we are watching the potential for additional rainfall throughout the week.
Over the next 7 to 10 days, the forecasts are showing cloudy skies with less than a 50% chance for rain with our greatest chance for rain on Thursday when our next cold front moves through the area.

The extended forecast is showing less than ½ inch for the majority of the lower Brazos River watershed, downstream of Bryan/College Station.
